We take a different approach to Property Management. We allocate a Business Manager to each of our Landlords, a professional dedicated to your property needs and your individual requirements. If you own property in different areas of Brisbane, you no longer have to worry that you will be dealing with multiple property managers. Your Business Manager will be your point of contact for all your property management needs. Simply one person who is focused on you, the client.

There is more to property management than rent collection and letting a property. Our job is to make your property investment stress free. You entrust us to manage your property and that’s what we do.

We are not a franchise so we are not restricted by area or property type. Being an independent gives us flexibility in all aspects of our business and allows us to manage properties all over the greater Brisbane region.

We manage over 1,000 properties from Redcliffe to Runcorn; from Moggill to Manly. We successfully manage all types of residential properties from $180 p.w to over $1,500 p.w. Flats, Units, Houses and Executive Homes.

Our success is built on our client’s success. Many of our clients have been with us from the beginning, over 10 years ago, and have grown with us. We have clients that started with one property and now own 5,6,7 and even over 10 properties.

Our service does include rent collection and letting the property, but we do a lot more. We ensure your property is well maintained by providing maintenance as well as renovation advice. We organise repairs through our list of reliable contractors, ensure the work is completed efficiently as well as cost effectively and then process the invoice for you. We provide rental statements at the middle and/or the end of each month. Every statement includes details of the rent paid, any approved expenses incurred and a copy of any account paid on your behalf. What our clients appreciate the most is the regular market updates and investment news. We ensure our clients are up to date on our view of what the market is doing, any changes in legislation and items that should be considered when owning an investment property.


Our Property Management Service is Investor focused. We are not a residential sales office with a property management department attached. Our core business is Property Management and our focus is our client, the Investor.
